Franz Josef - Bruce Bay, Haast

Franz Josepph to Fox Glacier 19kms about 7 of it was a hard climb up down and up again. 16kmph average.
We had a tea break at Fox and then set off on lovely flat country, biking as far as Bruce Bay where we stopped for lunch.

After lunch we headed off and climbed up to Nights Point which wasn't too bad if a little exposed and cool.
Then it was a very easy down hill roll into Haast.
